I would like to start by saying that I have grown up with bonfire, I love going to all the different bonfire events as a spectator and have done for over 13 years. I have lots of friends in a number of different bonfire societies throughout Sussex.

Since the society was established 4 years ago I have been on the committee as one of the founding members.
I was made Captain of Banners and I'm now sitting my 4th year as a captain. I absolutely still enjoy it as much as the first year it makes me so proud to be banners captain as that’s the first thing the public see in all the out meetings we attend throughout Sussex. I was immensely proud to see all 3 of our banners in our first torchlit procession though the village of Chiddingly on the 24th November 2023. I have so much love for bonfire! ’m also a life long Brighton supporter and when bonfire isn’t around I go to every home game and some away games. If you see me out and about please feel free to ask me about society. |
