Jenny’s involvement with bonfire stems back to her formative years as a member of East Hoathly and Halland, in the days of walking from east hoathly to halland and back.

We have no photographic evidence but I bet she was a good looking cowgirl. When I moved to East Sussex from over the border in Kent, we went as spectators in East Hoathly. When CPBS was born we joined at the first Badge Night. It's only been over the past two years we have fully embraced Sussex Bonfire Chiddingly Style. We can be often found in fields educating the general public in parking skills or supporting other societies in manning road closures ensuring the safety of the procession. On a side note I’ve got a cracking excel spreadsheet recording my steps taken undertaking bonfire activities.
